The Four Horsemen have announced that their FANtastic Exclusive line will be expanding with five troop builder figures available each as an exclusive to a different magazine or website and limited to only 250 of each figure. The figures will be repaints of the Xetheus figure, but with new head sculpts, accessories and armor details. Apparently the jaw on the new heads will even be articulated.

Okay, so It’s no Fight Night, but this Boxing game brings home ROCKY BALBOA!  How ill is that?  You can even play as his opponents, including Apollo Creed, Tommy Guns, VIctor Drago, and Clubber Lang.  Not only that, but all the minor opponents from the movies have been included as well.  You can either choose to take Rocky to the top as in the movies, or you can take one of the other boxers and take him through the tournament mode.  My only beef is that Hulk Hogan’s character Thunderlips wasn’t playable, but oh well.  For those boxing fans looking for something other than Fight Night or fans of the movies, you can’t go wrong at all with this.

Some theaters ran this new trailer with DaVinci this weekend, but this is the reel intended for audiences outside of North America.
It has a lot of footage we’ve seen, but paced much better, a little slower and building up to a new final shot that is really quite shocking and cool.

SyFyPortal shared some comments about Season 3 of Battlestar Galactica made by James Callis, the actor who portrays Dr. Gaius Baltar. From what he says the series will take a darker turn than what we’ve already seen.

“In the upcoming episodes, the simplest way to explain what happens is that the wheat is separated from the chaff,” Callis said in an interview at this month’s Saturn Awards in Universal City, Calif. “I’m not actually sure at this moment which I belong to, which bothers me, whether I’m the wheat or the chaff. All I know is that we are necessarily separated.”

“And the first few scripts of this particular season are phenomenal,” he said, “and far darker and more gritty and more worrying than anything that you have seen before. I really am not just saying that. I remember just reading it going, ‘My God almighty, this is remorseless and relentless.’ And as such should be very gripping television. Even though it’s very, I think, the word is dystopic.”

The biggest gaming event of the year is apparently so big, news from it is still being reported on.
First, look how fast the Wii ejects!
The big hit of the show was not the Wii, but the GameCube! The devkit for the new Nintendo system is based so closely on the prior generation that demo units for the Nintendo Booth were made up of just a stock black gamecube with a couple modifications to utilize the controller!
Kotaku also sat down with Miyamoto for a good 25 minute interview and he address all the next-gen hot topics.
IGN and GameTrailers have also compiled best-of-E3 lists that kinda surprise. I mean obviously Halo 3, Smash Brothers, etc took a lot of the glory, but those games weren’t playable and had only a small actual showing. IGN hands the award to Bioshock, a game I totally missed last week. GameTrailers says Assassin’s Creed, which was announced for PS3, but anyone who got to play will be quick to tell you that they were holding an Xbox 360 controller to do so (Ubisoft says they haven’t announced a 360 port yet, but considering its already running on a 360, I’d say its a safe bet!)
Last, and least surprisingly, Karima Adebibe (the rookie model currently cast as Lara Croft) tells CNN how she handles the smell and numbers of fanboys at E3.
