This past memorial day, we remembered the brave men and women in our military who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. We as gamers also remember the many games that have been left on the cutting room floor, some due to budget issues, others due to executive meddling, and others due to censorship. This list of titles once again mentions 10 games that didn’t make it past previews and concept stages. Some titles we were better off without. However, other titles were potential classics that were killed off before their time. If you have no idea what Terra Nova is and haven’t heard about it until now, check out the original trailer –
As soon as the pilot is uploaded, we’ll add it to this article. The two-hour pilot of Terra Nova premieres on 9/26 at 8pm on FOX.

The LA Times has an interview with Abrams where he finally spills some details about the movie and how it started as two movies and became one.
Since the alphabet is the building block of our language, the Powet Alphabet is the building block of what makes us geeks.

He was introduced in the film “Raiders of The Lost Ark” and thats a great movie. But I’m going to focus on the movie where the character’s name actually appears above the title, “Indiana Jones and the Temple Of Doom”
I know this article series is supposed to focus on a lot of stuff that we as geeks either do or should respect. Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom is maybe the antithesis of that. We must know it so that we may learn its mistakes. [Read the rest of this entry…]
