Rare Animal Crossing downloads at TRU this week

News article on Nintendo.com gives you the how-to. Rumor has it there are several items to get through this deal, so you may want to plan multiple trips, or possibly one long one. Kotaku seems to think these are Mario-themed items, and I have little reason to doubt them, though they did get the conclusion date wrong.

This late news is in effect now through the 30th.

Wait, now that I think of it, Kotaku�s often wrong. Recently I’ve seen them call a Sylux figure Samus, and post a completely wrong history of Mario’s girlfriends. They either said Peach=Daisy or Peach=Pauline. I forget.

I’ll forgive them, though, because compared to IGN, Kotaku is Egon Spengler.

I was totally gonna bring the ds to tru today but forgot, good thing they were doing a lot of electrical/remodelling work on the store and only the register had power in the game section. Further unfortunetly Target had a download station up.

Ours Toys R Us stores haven’t had download stations but our EBs have so… I have no idea if I’ll find one of these.
