The Four Horsemen have revealed the five retooled minotaur figures that are being offered as exclusives from several different toy websites. All five of the figures will be available for pre-order on July 20th, 2006 for US$20 each at the following websites:

Also, anyone who registers for the FANtastic Exclusive forums by end of day June 12th (TOMORROW!) will be able to pre-order all five figures AND Xetheus himself days before anyone else. With numbers of each figure limited to 250 each, this might be the only way to get these figures.

Botcon.com has revealed the third figure in their exclusive set for this year’s convention, Cheetor. Cheetor appears as a repaint of Cybertron Clocker. He is sporting a brand new head sculpt and color scheme that matches the 10th anniversary figure currently available in stores.

  

First4Figures has revealed their work in progress prototype for Transformers Generation 1 Scourge, leader of the Sweeps. This is turning out to be quite a nice tribute to an otherwise underrated original character.

   

As previously reported, Marvel Ultimate Alliance is coming in Fall 2006 for the next gen consoles. We also mentioned that there was a trailer out. I managed to find it on YouTube and embedded it below.

The Marvel Ultimate Alliance site has also put up a contest for auditions. The winners will have their voice talents featured as Jean Grey and Bruce Banner in the game itself among other prizes.

Marvel posted a nearly identical page to the previous Civil War #2 Sneak Peak but this time included another video they posted to youtube. This is basically a recounting of what has happened thus far in the storyline and a sneak at what is to come. Warning: Minor Spoilers!

Action-Figure.com is reporting that the Onslaught Series of Marvel Legends figures (Wave 13) has hit store shelves and sightings have been reported. One of their readers has also submitted the case breakdown for the figures.

• Green Goblin x2
• Pyro x1

It appears as though Pyro will be foolishly shortpacked, while Abomination, Loki, and Deathstrike will become shelf-warmers.

On a side note, I noticed that Onslaught is only about 8 inches tall. So don’t be shocked when you put him together and he is half the size of the Sentinel. On the bright side, with this wave we return to the 6 piece build a figure, instead of the 10 piece that is nigh impossible to find a single piece of.

HobbyLink Japan has posted a very clear picture of MP03 Starscream. It shows Starscream from the usual angles, a few new ones, and a picture of Starscream in robot using the base/stand from vehicle mode to look as though he is hovering in the air. Starscrean impresses with every new photo.

Botcon.com has revealed the next Beast Wars figure in the exclusive set to get a pre-beast form. Dinobot appears as a repainted Armada Hoist. The color scheme is based on the 10th Anniversary figure currently at retail now. The announcement made special note that there is no black on this figure and that colors may vary of different monitors.
