Transformers Generations Jazz, Thunderwing, And More Show Up In China

The next wave of Transformers Generations has been talked about but little seen. No photography was allowed during the Botcon panel that mentioned many of these figures, and Hasbro’s SDCC 2010 panel left a lot of new stuff out.

Now thanks to a presentation at CybertronCon in China, we have our first look at many new figures. Included in this gallery are Deluxe figures Jazz, Pereceptor, Scourge, Thunderwing, and Tracks. Legends class Optimus, Megatron, Starscream, and Goldbug (Gold Bumblebee) are present, as well as Scout Windcharger, Voyager Lugnut and Grapple. Also included are new PowerCore Combiners representing Constructicons and Dinobots.

Johns did promise we’ll see Blue Beetle on TV soon. He’s writing another episode of Smallville, now in its final season, that will feature the Jaime Reyes Blue Beetle. SDCC 2010: Sucker Punch

Zack Snyder is making a new movie. He directed that Dawn of The Dead remake, 300, and Watchmen. It looks like after tricking his geek audience into watching well oiled Spartans flex and fight for 2 hours, he’s going to deliver a movie full of fan service in the opposite direction.

Check out the trailer and these sexy posters. You’re a man right?

SDCC 2010: Blake Lively’s Sideboob

BLAKE-LIVELY-COMIC-CONI was told this clip has Ryan Reynold reciting the Green Lantern oath to a young fan. Reynold has of course been cast as Hal Jordan in the Green Lantern movie and this oath is very important to the mythos.

As far as I know its in there somewhere, but all I see is sideboob.

SDCC 2010: The Walking Dead TV Series

AMC Showed several minutes of the The Walking Dead, and even though this is shaky-cam footage, it looks extremely faithful to the comic series.
We may be looking at the best new show of the next year, geeks. A weekly zombie series!
