Rockstar is Up To Something (Update: Red Dead Redemption II Confirmed, Trailer Coming Tomorrow)

Update: It’s been Confirmed. RDR II is coming next fall, and we’ll be seeing the first trailer tomorrow.

Of course this means very little by itself, although the red coloring is suspect. However this morning they released this image:

Could this be hinting at the long awaited follow-up to 2010’s western magnum opus Red Dead Redemption? Sure looks like it. Might even be inspired by the recently re-made Magnificent Seven (which itself was a western remake of Akira Kurosawa’s Seven Samurai). We shall soon see…

Then again it could be the even more hotly anticipated sequel to Rockstar’s Table Tennis.

Oh, and by the way, Red Dead Revolver is available on PS4.
