Sweet, grats to Robert. Who all is getting FFIV today? I have to wait until I can afford it, which should be after my next paycheck. Debating if I should first play it on the gba or just go with the ds one.

I got FFIV DS today. Only up to the part where you first leave to go to Mist. (As in, not far at all.) Will definitely put more time into it tonight.

I’m just wondering if I should take aDam’s word for it and go with the gba version (since I haven’t beat ffiv ever) or if I should go with the ds one, what I’ve seen so far I’ve liked. So any other suggestions from people who have played it already, japanese or english version. Oh, speaking of which, from someone who has the game, is there an option to switch the voice acting to japanese with english subtitles?

Well… it depends on whether you would prefer playing a prettier version of the game, or something more in line with the original version.

No idea if there is a voice option. I wouldn’t think so, but I’ll let you know when I get my hands on it.
