I’ve already told everyone I love this thing, made a few prank calls with it, and even annoyed viewers of my video blog. But since those I haven’t been able to torment with it don’t know what I’m talking about, I had to elaborate.

Now there is a variation I didn’t mention: some of these do NOT have Peter Cullen’s voice. Make sure you buy one that says “real movie sounds” and hit the button on the side of the helmet to make sure you get the real deal.

I’m a proud owner of the Gary Chalk version of the helmet, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Mostly because I like Chalk and I don’t need two identical-looking helmets. Otherwise the Cullen version does, admittedly, sound more epic…-er.

While I want this, I’m going to wait until I see a good sale price on it. Honestly after hearing both versions, while I slightly prefer the Cullen version, Chalk will be fine if thats all I can find when it goes on sale.
