Transformers 2007 Movie Preview toys

Well, that’s…! That’s… different…

What I’m noticing for both of these guys (they seem to only adverise each other — are there only the two?) is that their chest becomes the front of their vehicle mode without much alteration, and the rest of their bodies kind of fold up behind them.

I’m liking the bios. So the “Energon Cube” has become the Allspark now? I can get behind that.

Shit, AllSpark.com is gonna get a LOT of new traffic. I wonder if their domain name is in trouble now?

I like these. I love the idea that the preview figures are protoforms. A sneak peak but not giving anything away. Nice job, Ernie.

I added a few more pictures of Starscream and the 2 of them together.

I have no idea how big these are. they look like Deluxes but those huge boxes make me think they may try to push a $15 price point.

To be fair, you get a decent view of the vehicle mode on the back of the box.

you have the toys whose “gimmick” if you will, is transforming. picture on the box instead of having it in both modes, in different angles, seems to be stretching “a decent view”. Just putting it out there, not bitching really.

Its not so much, but the logo is blocking the image of Prime’s alternate mode.

If you notice, Prime has wheels, so he’s a asteroid truck. Or something.

Wow these look great. I was a bit worried about how the movie designs would translate into the toy format but if these is how their going to look. The line should do very well.

With the wheels that C16 mention on Prime. The colorscheme for them does hurt it a bit but not too much. Plus If you look closely enough you can a few on Starscreams back area. I think their for allowing kids to roll the protofrom asteriod on the ground.

Dont like them at all im 29 and its an insult to transformers. these arent even transformers. there sci fi pieces of junk. just like the movie. wheres the matrix where are the origanal transformers, there dead and now we have crap for a replacement. i feel sorry for them. the origanal toys and tv show and movei are the true transformers. they are truely more than meets they eye. the new ones are more then meets the crap!
