Hellboy II: The Golden Army is set to open July 11, 2008. That seems like a way off, but fear not, Yahoo has a new trailer up for the movie.
You can see it here.

You have got to give props to IGN for their ability to create pretty convincing fakes. It appears as a April Fools joke, the media news giant released a supposed “World Debut” of a live-action Legend of Zelda film trailer to trick fans.
It also appears they have way too much time on their hands to make such a realistic full-length trailer for a movie that’s not, in fact, real. But, kudos to them.

As I reported on back in the fall, the sequel to the cult-classic horror-adventure film The Lost Boys dubbed “The Tribe” has been released by MTV and has since been distributed to many other various video hosts since.
As can be seen, Corey Feldmen indeed reprises his role as Edgar Frog, “Surf Board Shaper and Vampire Hunter”. Reports also state that Corey Haim is back as Sam Emerson, and Jamison Newlander as Alan Frog. Gerard McMann, who recorded the song “Cry Little Sister” for the first film, recently announced he has recorded several new songs for the sequel’s soundtrack. The flick as a July release date, and hopefully won’t suck (no pun intended) as much as it may appear at first glance.

Going directly to DVD just before The Dark Knight this summer will be a new DC Universe animated movie featuring the cast of the Christopher Nolan live action films.
Six anime shorts, all produced by DC animation guru Bruce Timm and written by Josh Olson, David Goyer, Brian Azzarello, Greg Rucka, Jordan Goldberg, and Alan Burnett. Each segment will have its own direction and art style and produced in Japan. Think of it like the Animatrix, but with Batman.
The story will supposedly play out in continuity following the events of Batman Begins but before The Dark Knight. Deadshot, Killer Croc, and Scarecrow are confirmed villains.
Thanks to Rabban for the heads up.

After showing on Good Morning America this morning, and set to run in front of Spiderwick Chronicles all weekend, the anticipated first teaser for the 4th entry in the Indiana Jones series is on the web.

I’ve been hearing about this movie for a long time, and now I finally see a trailer. Bruce Campbell is the definition of a Geek God, and he’s a king of b-movies. In this film he’s playing himself and is charged with ridding a small town of an ancient Chinese demon. Looks like he’s playing with not only his own self image but that of movie stars in general. And even though the plot is ripped off Three Amigos, I’ll still see it.

Well we’ve all seen 40 Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up and Superbad at this point, and this next film out of the Apatow hit machine is Forgetting Sarah Marshall. This time Jason Segel takes the lead and is dumped by Kristin Bell. Paul Rudd, Bill Hader, and Jonah Hill also appear.
As you can probably expect all the crass and honest humor from earlier films return, and are present in this R rated trailer.
