After 2 extremely successful outings (commerically and critically), many Superhero franchises seemed doomed to fall into undercooked plots, misguided comedy, and loss of direction. Spider-Man 3 looks like it will bring this trend to an end and kick the first 2 movies to the curb simultaneously.

I don’t get it though — how could ol’ Sandy there be Ben’s actual killer? They drew a pretty direct link between the car-jacking and Ben layingin a pool of his own blood. Hell, the guy WAS driving Ben’s car…
