I look forward to getting the game once all the parts are out and I hear about a steam sale on it.� As is, I still need to play all the episodes of Sam & Max which I just got yesterday.
The original is cool, but I think the 3rd one is the best.� I agree with Vinnk’s assessment of 2 as the weakest of the three.

I too got the first episode for free, but I’ve been too busy finishing Grad School to really play any games.

�But for my money, the best licensed video game is Batman: Arkham Asylum.� Though to be fair, it’s based on the concept of Batman in general and not anything property in particular.� Still, I love that game.� From back in the day, I remember the Capcom Disney games (Ducktales, Chip n’ Dales Rescue Rangers, Darkwing Duck) to be pretty fun, but I haven’t played them in years, so maybe I got the nostalgia glasses on.� I guess you could mention Kingdom Hearts too, but its every increasingly complicated plot is really putting me off that series.

No, those games ARE great. �And it’s because it’s Capcom, not necessarily those properties. �Ducktales is such a favorite classic for me — so great, I have TWO copies. �(Really, I just forgot I had it already, but that’s how excited I was to find it twice!)

Yeah, The Disney/Capcom games were really that all licensed titles have to live up to. �Even if you weren’t familiar with the show or characters the titles were based on they stood alone as good games. �

When I was really young I played and enjoyed the Home Alone game. �I was 9 I think at the time and a big fan of the movie so I wanted to play the game. �I played it again recently and it is a horrible game. �Dumb concept, terrible play control. �But a few years back I replayed Duck Tales and it was every bit as good as I remembered it. �Possibly even better.
