How the fire alarm never went off, I will never understand.

Oh I pulled the battery out long before I started this. After the city burning I had tears in my eyes. The apartment still smells of smoke.

I too had tears in my eyes when watching this.
This was amazing for so many, many reasons. (My possible favorite being the notable absence of the Sailor Moon magnets [they’re magnetic, right?] when the fire started raining down.)

What did you use to create such a blaze?

Haha. No they weren’t magnets. They were just tiny figurines. A paid a few dollars for the whole lot. They’re pretty ugly. I wouldn’t have suffered a financial burden to burn them but… I like them so I didn’t. They were substituted by 6 pirates I got in a bag at the dollar store and this other wizard/monster pack I also got. The way they were sticking to the various playground rides was masking tape under their stubby feet.

And I used a candle and Pam for the fire. Most aerosol products will do but spray paint leave … paint. Pam just occasionally leaves little droplets of vegatable oil.

Wait wait wait – If they weren’t magnets, how’d you get them to do the teeter-totter and the swing!? (And why didn’t you do it with the other dudes? Poor fellas, all left out on the playground equipment.)
