Unsolved Lost Mysteries

The car is great. That blog is a little scattershot, but here are some interesting things I culled that I either forgot or never noticed in the first place:

When Ecko goes to visit the girl who came back from the dead, he is greeted by a man who says he’s a fraudulent psychic. This is the same psychic who spoke to Claire, and went from “Bad things will happen if anyone else raises your son!” on one visit to “Hey, you wanna give up your baby for adoption? I got you a plane ticket,” on the next visit.

“The Numbers” 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42 appear on vials of the mystery injections, such as those Charlie produced for Claire and her baby.

Many side characters are named Tom.

Each station or “hatch” has a name and two others are known aside from the Pearl and the Swan. The one where the tailies holed up for some time had an arrow logo, which can be seen there as well as on the phosphorescent map, and the phony doors by the beach had a square logo.

The Black Rock is a real ship.

Desmond left his book behind at the beginning of season 2 when he left to get his sailboat.

Sun’s Pregnancy Test is from Widmore Labs. That’s the name of Desmond’s old lover, as well as her father of course.

Locke briefly met Nadia, the woman from Sayid’s flashback.

The man on the film from the Swan(with splices from the Arrow), and the man on the 3/4″ cassette tape in the pearl give different names. One is Dr. Candle, one is Dr. Wickman.

One of “the others,” Alex, the nice girl, is Rousseau’s daughter.
