Marvel’s Ultimates 3 Issue 1 Cover

IGN seems to have the cover to the first issue for the third installment of the Ultimates book. It appears to be a slightly new lineup of Ultimates facing off against the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, Venom and maybe Storm? I haven’t been keeping up on the Ultimate books lately outside of the Ultimates itself. Thankfully thats been on a schedule I can keep up with; about two issues a year.

Huh, so Madrox and Storm are bad guys in the Ultimate universe? or is it that storm just turned bad, and Jaimie is only half bad and he’ll battle himself?

Maybe its someone different, or maybe Pym Particles do crazy things when they’re sexually transmitted. I am remembering correctly, aren’t I?

I like most of the new costumes, but I think a lot of them definitely fall into the only-look-cool-when-drawn-by-Joe-Mad school of design. (See late 90’s X-Men for more.)

Why is Magneto the only one facing the “camera”?
