As an added note the original mold for G1 Jetfire was a Macross VF-1S Valkyrie with “Super Valkyrie” armor according to wikipedia.

Great review, I especially liked the way you compared Classics Jetfire to the orginal G1 Jetfire. However, I’m still on the fence as to whether this is a figure worth getting or not.

Speaking of G1 Jetfire, BBTS as the mold on sell for $12.99. A great price for a great figure.

G1 jetfires landing gear on the nosecone always hits me when i deploy it, and thats from the days when toys could legitimately hurt you. Ow.

I’m still proud of this shot of G1 Jetfire and TFC Jetfire.

As for whether or not it’s worth getting the latter, I certainly haven’t regretted it. But that’s just me.
