Spider-Man 3 – Venom & Spidey Action Figures

Spider-Man 3 may be months away, but Sideshow Collectibles already has three 12-inch action figures from Medicon available on their site. You can find each of the toys here: Spider-Man, “Black Suited” Spider-Man, and the spooky villain of the show. (Hint: It’s not Old Man Withers in a mask.)

Interestingly, when we shared pics of the three villains earlier (Green Goblin, Sandman, and Venom), Venom had the big white spider logo on his chest. But not here! I wonder how he’ll end up looking in the movie… I hope it’s with the spider logo. He looks a little off here.

Not bad. Though I do still think its too bad they chose to forego the plain white symbol on the front for the movie.

Speaking of toys coming out when their movie isn’t due for several more months, The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle movie toys have hit the toy shelves. Endless spoilers ensue, I’m sure.

I dunno, they may have the the white symbol show up on him later in the movie, like it did in Ultimate Spiderman. I forsee the suit starting to mutate after Brock gets it, making him bigger and more alien-like.

I know that alot of people piss, moan, whine, and bitch over how the new Venom and Symbiote Spider-Man look, but I personally like them better than the comic versions. I think that taking away all of Venom’s bulky muscles will make him faster and more agile- like Spidey. That’ll make him tougher to beat in the movie.
