AMC has released the teaser they showed to ComiCon in HD. Frank Darabont’s adaptation of Robert Kirkman’s comic will premiere appropriately on Halloween, October 31, 2010.

AMC Showed several minutes of the The Walking Dead, and even though this is shaky-cam footage, it looks extremely faithful to the comic series.
We may be looking at the best new show of the next year, geeks. A weekly zombie series!

Most of the talk at SDCC is about the massive live action Avengers movie coming in 2 years, but this is something we’ll be able to watch really soon.
The series will premiere this fall on Disney XD with 26 half hour episodes.
