ReTurn Of ReBoot

Just heard bout the Remake. Hav2 say that i loved the direction that the whole 4 seasons took and wish it cud hav been stretched out just a little more! (apart from the baby enzo comeback – a tad lame)

There are also some amazing possibilities with new films;
Enzo could be given a new GUARDIAN PID – official Matrix
An all out battle with trojan megabyte – new virus new voice
the RETURN of Hex!

and thats just the few im thinking of now! we could have more guardians in it 2. its definatly a mistake to ReBoot the show given the foundations already laid and im sure the majority will think that!

Does anybody know if they released the first three seasons on DVD. My whole family loves that show. I’m not sure that reinventing the show now would hold up anymore. The show had a lot of heart and a ton of inside references. Updated software and rendering packages do not make a great story line, ex. Toy Story.

I’d like to get an actual ending, If they do that in a comic format… great. that way all the ‘voices’ will still ‘sound’ right and then if they feel like it, the can make a new show later on that has little or nothing to do with the old cast…

aDam is right. I’m very afrade that this is going to be made with money in mind.. you just don’t see good cartoons like ReBoot anymore.. They lack creativity and uniqueness. They are going to want to make something stereotypical that they know will sell to a new audience. In my opinion they should have never ended it with a cliffhanger, and its been to long to try and end it now.. not to mention the voice actor for Megabyte has passed away. You cant replace that voice! I am really not sure what to think of this.

The voice concerns can be dealt with by updating Megabyte to Terabyte, another mutation like they did in season three(??) when he mutated into Gigabyte. Has anyone heard about them releasing the first three seasons on DVD yet?
